    An app for businesses engaged in digital marketing to use existing phones and call sales enquiries while they are still browsing the site.

    • Led a team of 6 developers and designers to design, build and manage the iOS and Android apps
    • Acquired initial users and built a base of 120+ users in 3 months

    Co-Founder and CEO

    July 2015 - Present

    Ruvein

    A social enterprise delivering low cost goods to rural households in India. We created a phone order catalog and virtual shops

    • Led a team of 8 to setup and manage end to end store and catalog operations
    • Minimised B2C customer acquisition cost to lowest in the Indian retail business
    • Managed finance and working capital for a 75k USD GMV business
    • Setup procurement from 20+ suppliers across 6 merchandize categories

    Krishi Star

    Krishi Star works with small farmers for setting up food-processing units to increase and stabilize their incomes

    • Setup, financed and managed complete O2C, F2F and P2P processes
    • Managed a team of 40 members for operating a 4 tons/ day processing facility
    • Oversaw management and fundraising of a .8 Mn. USD. line of credit to finance processing unit opertations
    • Fundraised over 45k USD and won business plan competitions at several IIMs and IITs, UnLtd, finalists at global business plan competitions– GSVC and SF

    • Worked with a team on creating a market entry in the gulf countries to setup a structural steel business for a 2 Bn. USD client based in Kuwait
    • Developed a 10 year corporate plan for a 60 Mn. USD PSU in the mining sector
    • Worked with a team on a commercial due diligence for a PE fund which wanted to invest in a target of ~120 Mn. USD. in a Bulk Material Handling Company
